Inspired by the discovery, she transformed her workshop, the Clockwork Atelier, into a haven of glowing contraptions, aromatic cocoa, and alchemical wonders. Here, she crafts chocolates infused with mystery, time, and the perfect balance of flavor.

Evangeline believes in supporting her community, sourcing the finest local ingredients to create her masterpieces. Lavender from the Isles of Mist, blackberries kissed by moonlight, and UK-sourced creamy milk powders come together to form her unique creations.
